A mile in their shoes: My journey across Iowa to help those that need it most.
raised towards $10,000 goal
Help me help others by running across Iowa and join me on this journey, one mile at a time.
Do you ever wake up and wonder how you can be better? I think about how to be better not just for myself, but for the world. As a long time runner, I found a way to do what I love and raise money for those who need it most. In the past few years, we raised over $10,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project simply by running and carrying my American Flag. While the Wounded Warrior Project is a great charity that has done a lot of great things for our veterans, I wanted to do something even bigger that would focus on an even bigger problem - veteran suicide. My journey across Iowa to raise money for Mission 22 and awareness for veteran suicide will not be an easy one, but with the help of the good people- we can at least say we did our part.
